Returns & Refunds Policy
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made from Paperly (“we”, “our”, “us”). By ordering from Paperly.uk or through authorised outlets, you (“the customer”) agree to these Terms.
1. Products
Handmade & Speciality Papers
-
Our handmade and marbled papers are sourced from global makers.
-
Each sheet is unique; variations in colour, size, texture, or thickness are a natural part of the artisanal process.
-
Papers sold as “seconds” may include imperfections and are clearly labelled in the description.
-
Some marbled designs are also available as digitally printed versions, which are always identified in the description.
Digital Papers
-
Our digital paper designs are original works and the intellectual property of Jo Phillips / Paperly.
-
Digital files are supplied for download immediately after purchase.
-
All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable (see Section 4).
2. Orders, Payments & Cancellations
-
Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.
-
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers.
-
Customers must provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact details.
-
Orders for physical products may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting jo@paperly.uk.
-
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the download has begun, in line with UK consumer law.
3. Delivery & Shipping
-
Physical products are packaged with care and shipped via reliable carriers.
-
Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier.
Shipping Restrictions
-
We currently ship within the UK mainland and selected international destinations.
-
At this time, we are unable to ship Internationally or to EU or Northern Ireland due to customs and import regulations.
-
Customers outside our listed regions should contact us before placing an order to confirm availability.
Import Taxes & Duties
-
For international orders, import taxes, customs charges, or duties may apply when your parcel arrives in your country.
-
These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.
-
Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
United States Orders
-
Certain handmade papers may be subject to tariffs or handling fees set by U.S. Customs.
-
These fees are applied directly by the authorities and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
-
A valid contact telephone number is required for U.S. shipments to avoid customs delays.
